- Smoking is not allowed in the holiday homes. Failure to comply with the lesser prohibition will result in a financial penalty of PLN 600. This is the cost of professional odor removal and is borne by the client.
- Rooms are rented for days. The hotel day starts at 16.00 and ends at 10.00.
- Reservation conditions must be agreed by phone or e-mail, and then make the prepayment within the agreed period and send the payment confirmation.
- The guest who rents the cottage determines the time of his stay, in the absence of such a specification, it is assumed that the cottage has been rented for one day.
- The reservation is considered invalid in the absence of prepayment after the agreed date.
- Payment for the booked stay must be made upon check-in, on the first day of stay.
- In the event of cancellation later than 30 days before the date of arrival, the down payment is not refundable.
- In the event of an early resignation from the stay, the deposit can be used within one year from the date of resignation, in the premises of “Bursztynek” and “Soleil”.
- Extending the stay beyond the period agreed on the day of arrival is agreed with the manager of the facility. The request to extend the stay does not bind the “Bursztynek” facility and will be fulfilled as far as possible.
- “Bursztynek” is obliged to immediately respond to comments and reservations regarding the level of services and the functioning of devices in the facility. Please submit your comments and reservations to the facility manager.
- Due to the requirements of fire protection, it is not allowed to use any devices and devices powered by electricity in the houses, which are not the equipment of the houses.
- After At 10:00 pm, visitors to our guests are not allowed in the “Bursztynek” facility.
- The curfew is valid at 22.00 to 8.00.
- Leaving the houses should be agreed in advance with the manager and the time of handing over the key.
- The guest is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices caused by his fault or the fault of his guests.
- “Bursztynek” does not charge for TV.
